If you’re not completely happy, you may return your unused watch for any reason within 30 days of delivery.

• Return window: 30 days from delivery

• Return conditions: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all protective foils intact

• Return shipping: €0 flat rate (deducted from refund)

• No restocking fee

• Refund process: Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  

  • Warranty Policy: All watches include a 24-month guarantee against manufacturing defects.

Exceptions:

• Final Sale: Some items (e.g., special collaborations or marked “final sale” on the product page) are not eligible for return. This will always be clearly labeled.

• Returned items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not qualify for refund or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your watch arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery (with photos if possible). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
